Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking page or by calling us directly. We confirm every booking by text or email within one business hour.
Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge a $75 trip fee. No-shows are billed the full $75.

We take cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Zelle. Card payments are due when the job is done. Financing through Wisetack for jobs over $1,500.
Every repair carries a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Water heater installs carry 6 years on the tank. If it leaks again, we come back at no charge.
Burst pipe, no water, sewage backup, gas smell (call the gas company first)
